10/29/2013 0 Comments What is Distant Healing? You have probably heard the term 'distant healing' but don't know what it means or how it can possibly work. Well, until you experince it yourself, you won't believe all that is possible. Because anything good is possible. We weren't brought up with the understanding of this topic, even though it has existed since the start of time. Our body can really heal itself and knows what to do, if you don't stand in the way, (with negative thoughts, drugs and surgery that interferes with healing). If you are trying to get off of pain meds or are suffering from medication withdrawals, you may want to try this. Check out what Wikipedia has to say about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distant_healing. Stay calm in your present moment- everything is cool when you are within. Here is their free music and guided meditations. Click here Sacramento Pain Relief | Stress Relief SacramentoWe had another breakthrough yesterday and it was 3 times with 3 different ladies. Each of these women came to me becasue of chronic pain in their body that woudn't resolve.
Many years they had suffered from debilitating pain in the same places. No one could relieve the pain they had. The 1st client was having her 3rd appointment with me She requested this time that I help her remove this 'blocked energy' she felt in 2 different areas of her body. (In my other appointments with her, we were able to remove pain from hips and legs and back. She was also very weak. After we finished the pain in these areas were gone and she was stronger now. You can tell by her walk and when we didn't resistence exercises that she had gotten stronger and had strength, like she should have.) This would be new for me, because up until now, when clients come to me I would do bodywork to relieve the fascia, which to remove the physical pain and stress. What she was asking for did not involve any body stretching or pressure or 'massage'. Not much in the way of 'touching' her, this time. As we had our session to remove these 'blocked energies' she felt, we went over past emotional traumas in her life. I asked her to bring up past issues that had effected her emotions and she also brought up current issues that bothered her. After we 'worked' them, I would ask her what she felt was happening. She said she could feel those hurtful or upsetting emotions from the past leaving her body. We went over her watching them leave. I asked her to keep paying attention to it leave and to let me know when they were done leaving. I worked with her on how to change her thought process, by changing the way she was thinking and the choices of what to say and think as she went through her day, knowing what she gave 'attention' to creates more of that kind of' energy' in her life. These are simple little changes, but give profound results. If everyone did this, there's no way they couldn't experience peace in their life. It was a huge, profound experience. She felt at peace. The things that used to bother her , no longer bothered her. She was neutral now in her thoughts about it. 'Neutral' is where anyone should want to be in their thoughts/emotions about anyting troubling them. This is because, in our lives, everything- and I mean everything- is already being taken care of for, we're already on a path, for our highest good. When we give 'energy'/attention to something that we don't like- we are only giving it more 'power' and creating it to happen. So basically, we are creating something that we don't want to happen, to happen. Our thoughts and emotions create, so make sure they are positive ones. After that session we both still felt the positive residual feeling s of it the rest of the day. It was so strong. My next client had 20+ years of pain. The doctors called it debilitating'arthritis', 'fibromyalgia', 'migraine headaches', etc. She could not go anywhere or leave the house for very long because of these conditions. When I 1st met her, she had to sleep in a hospital bed, with undersupport for her legs that had to bend or they would hurt and had to sleep sitting upright. She couldn't walk without a walker. After our 1st session- she laid flat on the massage table with ease. She was estatic- she even took a picture of her legs lying flat on her sofa and sent it out to her loved ones, sharing the good news. ( I will post pic later) She later took a walk in her neighborhood, unaided, something not done in years. After that successful session above, I wanted to do the same method with her. I felt she is a prime person for this because even though her body has improved with the sessions we had done, I felt they her body should 'normal'- meaning no more pain reoccurences, no matter even if they are not as intense as before...I feel there shouldn't be any at all. And I feel the reason that the pain areas aren't completely gone is that there are emotional issues that need to be resolved and 'leave'. It's like the emotional energy/stress shows up as 'pain' or disease in the body and it's telling us/talking to us by way of the pain that you feel. That's why it's not good to ignore or 'stuff back down' or bandage, on top of the pain, with pain medication, becasue it's not going to 'leave' until you do the process of it to leave = the pain and disease will still be there until that time. Bottom line...we did the session, with not much bodywork, only emotional release and it went very, very well. I got this text from her later that night: " Feeling very peaceful and centered this evening. And today is the first time in 25 years I've cried and didn't get a migraine afterwards". The 3rd lady was a 1st time visit. We had a similar sessions as above, plus bodywork, becasue I never saw her prior. We released the fascia restictions on her neck, face , and shoulders so that she left pain free, and also cleared past emotional traumas. 5/31/2013 0 Comments Citizens Hearing on DisclosureBy Avalon 5/13/2013 0 Comments Sacramento Lower Back PainPain felt in your lower back may come from the spine, muscles, nerves, or other structures in that region. It may also radiate from other areas like your mid or upper back, a hernia in the groin, or a problem in the testicles or ovaries. 2/27/2013 0 Comments Mind Over Matter- SacramentoThe old beliefs pertaining to the capacity of a mind body spirit approach to achieve physical change are being challenged and redefined as pioneers in the field are producing a "body" of evidence that point to majestic implications for integrating healing into healthcare for improved outcomes. www.farrellcenter.org 1/21/2013 0 Comments Sacramento Plantar FasciitisA new client, in her early 30's, came in to see me today. Her doctor told her she had 'plantar fasciitis' and prescribed meds for her pain. Her toes on the right foot were immobile and when she did try to move them, it was excruciating painful. Additionally, the bottom of her right foot was in pain and she could not stand on it or apply pressure to it. She had been doing cross training 5 days a week and was a little overweight.
I worked on her for about 10 minutes and then had her lie on her back, as I did more manipulations on her right foot. I noticed her eyebrows were kind of scrunched and sher looked real serious-not at all relaxed, so I asked her if she was in pain from what I was doing to her foot at the time. Her reply was, "No there's no pain.....I'm just trying to figure out how you did that and what happened because it doesn't hurt anymore and I can wiggle my toes and without them hurting." "See", and she shows me as she looks down at her toes, as they wiggled in the air. I explained to her that it's better not to limit herself or to 'box in' all the amazing possibilities that could happen, so it's best not to even try and figure it out. Because... the mind is limited and it could never explain all that can happen of what the body is truly capable of. If you're the parent(s) of a newborn baby, you may be asking yourselves, and the people you know, for advice on how to help your baby that has colic. Fortunately there are many natural, safe remedies you can do to help with colic and one of them is using Craniosacral therapy. Wikipedia defines craniosacral therapy as, “Craniosacral therapy (also called CST, also spelled CranioSacral bodywork or therapy) is an alternative medicine therapy used by osteopaths, massage therapists, naturopaths, and chiropractors. A craniosacral therapy session involves the therapist placing their hands on the patient, which allows them to tune into what they call the craniosacral rhythm. The practitioner claims to gently work with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. In this way, the restrictions of nerve passages are said to be eased, the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord is said to be optimized, and misaligned bones are said to be restored to their proper position.” Below is a story of one baby's experience with CST and his colicky smyptoms. You may set up an appointment with me so that I can help you with your colicky baby using CranioSacral Therapy. Joseph's Story Below is a video entitled, "CranioSacral Therapy Colic Testimonial", from the parents of a baby who had CranioSacral Therapy sessions for his colic symptoms. 12/20/2012 0 Comments December 21, 2012 End of the World?I recieved this email and wanted to share it to help you understand...
