The most important thing to realize when you use gemstones for healing is that the ones you use need to be authentic and real. There are so many people who earn a living taking advantage of unknowing people and sell them fake or man made gemstones and label them as the real thing. There are tests that you can do to verify the validity of the stone but it's much easier to buy from a person you can trust. I will soon write an article on how to distinguish fake andara gemstones and fake gemstone crystals from the real ones.
The gemstone that I buy from, and sell here, comes directly from the person who retrieved them from the land- so I know that they are real and authentic. These gemstone are not made in a lab or painted to look real.

The day before, and the day after I play, I placed gemstones on both sides of my bed. The next morning I wake up refreshed with my body is clear, no stiffness, and no tight feelings or aches. The results have been so great that I find myself doing this every night and it becomes such a treat for me. It's like being in a 'spa' while I sleep. lol.

Normally there are set stones I will normally place on the bed, but it doesn't hurt to change the stones to however way that you feel is best for you at that time. Use your own intuition to decide how you would like to make this work for you, you can never go wrong. One of the set stones I normally have on both the right and left sides is Selenite. I also breed beautiful panther chameleons. A fertile female, when it's time, has to dig deep in the dirt to lay her eggs and I retrieve them for incubation. The eggs incubate for around 6+ months, and sometime not hatching until a whole year has passed.
When I placed the gemstones in the chameleon rooms, I had 5 female chameleons start their digging in the dirt to lay eggs. (It's not uncommon for females not to lay, and resulting in death, from becoming 'egg-bound', so I was glad they were laying their eggs.)
When I placed the gemstones in the incubator- that night babies began to hatch. (Which is also good because not always do eggs hatch and they end up becoming rotten).
Now I am sold on keeping plenty of gemstones around the house for the healing energies that they help to bring us.
