Low Back Pain Massage Sacramento
Lately, I have been getting numerous phone calls regarding needing help for low back pain massage in Sacramento. Low back pain can be quite debilitating. It can keep you awake at night from the intense pain and the crippling pain felt when trying to move into any position in bed.
Most of my clients don't even know what caused this pain to crop up in their lower back. Often times, this pain will spread to the inner thigh and down one leg- causing the leg to become numb and prickly. It's only at this point, unfortunately, that some people will decide to call for help.
According to Spine-Health.com:

According to Spine-Health.com:
Lower back strain is caused by damage to the muscles and ligaments of the back. Learn about muscle anatomy and the symptoms of lower backstrain. A herniated disc in the lumbar spine can put pressure on spinal nerve roots, causing pain in the lower back or legs."
Spine -related problems- such as bulging disks, accidents and injuries, poor posture, repetition, life style triggers, and emotional focuses can each predispose a person to having lower back pain.
At the point where the pain is this intense, the problems leading up to the back pain has been under construction for a while now, and this pain is your body's signal that enough is enough- it's had enough of whatever is going on inside the body and something needs to be addressed. You can look at the pain as something positive, in this case. It's only telling you to 'fix' it. Those people who choose to ignore the pain's signals will, unfortunately, learn that low back pain will not go away by itself, and will only only become more invasive, recruiting more body areas to feel the pain as this tightness spreads.

One may think that this back pain will be impossible to 'fix', because of its intensity. Possibly they have already sought help from other professionals such as acupuncture, Physical Therapist, chiropractor, MD- and the discomfort still will not leave.
Well, I have good news for you, because in my experience- I have been able to help everyone leave their session feeling refreshed and with the absence of low back pain! They all could feel the tightened fascia relaxing and letting go of that 'death grip' in the body of nerves, ligaments, fascia, etc. Their posture reverts back to normal and they could happily return to their normal everyday activities.
