Women, do you feel 'old'? Like you've lost that pizazz, that 'spunk' you once had in your carefree days? Have you noticed that you walk rigid, your hips are tight and you've lost that flexibility you had in your youth?
I'll share with you now what my experience has been when I self-treat my pelvic area with Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. It's only until I self-treat myself in my pelvic area, and as I feel the stress leaving, that I realize how much I had been holding tension and anxiety in my stomach and my pelvic areas. It is then that I am grateful for all the possibilities that this work accomplishes because I am a firm believer that holding onto these negative feelings can be a precursor to more serious diseases and health issues. After my self-treatment of my pelvic area I feel freer both emotionally and physically. If you are a spiritual person, understand that the pelvis is the foundation of the body and the spirit and this work, you will notice, opens clarity in the spiritual realm, besides feeling centered and balanced for emotional and physically athletic feats. I feel more confident, self-assured, more empowered. My joints in the hip and pelvis areas are like when I was young again, as when I took dance classes in high school and college. When I walk I'm more flexible, like a dancer with that loose, free gait. I notice that I bounce off a different vibe to strangers in the grocery store, as they are freindlier, more accepting, and I notice longer glances from men. It's like I have a more attractive aura surrounding me and everyone feels it. That's my 2 cents worth about what it's like when I do fascia release in the pelvic area of women.

Last night I felt a little stiffness from working out at the gym and had soreness at the side of my neck. I had purchased The Miracle Ball Method at Costco so I thought before I went to bed, it would be a good time to try it out. I laid on top of the balls while on the floor. The relief was so addicting that I continued with it on my bed.
Here is what I noticed: The cough I had subsided. The irritating mucous in my throat and chest and cleared. My voice was clear. My body began to feel colder because I was lighter and freer from restraints and blocks. When I placed it near my left scapula, on my back, I felt small rumbling vibration. Great, it opened up energy. So, yes, I recommend that everyone self treat, especially to complement and help continue the body's fascia working from the Myofascial Release session. You can click on link above to purchase (the initial version had 237 positive Amazon reviews) or try to find it at Costco. Now I can't wait to get Elaine Petrone's, (the developer), "Stop the Clock" DVD and Ball ! Be sure, as with all fascia releasing, to hold the position for 2-5 minutes for best results. Sink into the ball, breathe deep, and relax while holding the position. |
