Vitamineral Earth

My first time using it was by  mixing it into my yogurt with dinner. (I had wanted to complement the Vitamineral Green I take in the morning.) After dinner I went to do Myofascial Release (MFR) on a friend and then to open gym vollyball at 9:45 pm.  I noticed an increased stamina that night, I was not tired or sore. I played volleyball easily until 12:30 am and still had energy after playing to do MFR on a fellow volleyball player to help his chronic back pain.
