Pregnancy Massage Class
Realizing that it can be expensive to get the massage that you really need for yourself and the baby's health, I have put together a Pregnancy Massage class to help facilitate the process so that Mom and the baby can benefit from massages at home. Each class is about an hour and half long and I will show you some things you can do to relieve pain and stress. Please bring a person that will be learning to help you with the massage; 3 pillows (one for your head, the other to support your belly, one for support person to sit on); a sheet or blanket to cover the floor; and a mat, blanket, or pillows that you can lie comfortably on top of, while lying on the carpeted floor. Please arrive early to fill out waiver & registration forms. Dress in loose fitting, comfortable clothes. I will also include some yoga moves, stretching, meditation and consciousness thinking, which helps tremendously.
