About Myself

A Dentist and his happy patient
As you may guess by my pictures, I love nature and I love animals and children and thankfully, I believe they also love me!
I enjoy creating websites and doing creative internet marketing work online. I made a website to help people deal with stress at release-the-stress.com that has links to other websites with free tools to use for stress problems. Here is another website directory that I am currently working on. This website that you are reading is one of my first websites to make and I really enjoyed creating it ;) .
While also being a single parent (since 1983), I have been a Dental Hygienist for over 33 years, where dentistry has taught me how to manage and serve the patient, the staff, the business owner and the office needs, requiring no less than an efficient and perfect performance. Clinically, I learned how to provide successfully sensitive and delicate tactile hand manipulations, in a space and condition of limited visual and physical access (the patient's mouth) and in a environment of limited time and visual access. Dentistry is a very competitive business and in order for the office to survive it requires the highest quality of patient service. Have you ever tried collecting huge sums of money from someone that you hurt a little bit, who is afraid of you a little bit and who doesn't realize the intricacies of that service you so just so beautifully provided- because they have no way of knowing that since it's a not product that they can always see or quantify the many benefits of the finished product? The next time you see your dentist, dental hygienist, or dental staff person, do give them support with a hug or a handshake, won't you? It'll most likely be the only one they've ever received or will ever have and they really work hard to deserve it!
Beginning in 2002, while still working as a full-time dental hygienist, (and still a single parent), I bought, fixed up & restored to beautiful perfection single family homes and either sold them myself or managed them. I learned the aspect of managing properties. I even opened and managed a 3,200 sq ft retail store all by myself, at the same time being a hygienist and real estate investor.
In 2008 financial problems came with the changing of the economy. The economy effected where I had been working for 7 years and they could no longer afford to have a dental hygienist and so I was let go. Of course the real estate business plummeted. In actuality, I see all of this as positive things that happened in my live and the direction it has taken me.
With my background of becoming a Christian in 1981, I began to search more about God's place in our lives. I have taken many courses held throughout the United States through various teachers, reading many books, and listening to many audio programs. Through this I have seen and witnessed miracles and miraculous healing. I don't think of them as miracles now, as I understand that all things with God are possible and healing is to be expected. With this spiritual consciousness journey, focusing on God's love for all of His creations, I have been able to free myself from stress, fear, and worry, and I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. I have been able to help everyone that has approached me. They do not have to believe in God, they can believe in another Creator or just have completely different beliefs than I do, and the positive results are the same for everyone.
When a person is 'awakened, their true Self, which is already perfect, shows through. Their 'knowing' that comes with awakening helps them make their best choices in life, and their life becomes peaceful, even when their surrounded by chaos.
This is how we were created to live. With no worries, with no fear. With having the perfect things show up for us, if you learn to let go and trust in God. You even begin to look healthier and younger, besides getting healthier.
I love playing competitive volleyball, playing in outdoor 2 man volleyball tournaments and play volleyball about 4 times a week. I also do yoga to stay in shape and practice Qigong when I am low on energy.
While studying Myofascial Release, with the John Barnes approach, Craniosacral Therapy, and Orthopedic Massage (James Waslaski-The Center for Pain Management) , I have traveled to attend classes in California, Cape Cod, and Sedona. I love doing bodywork to help clients resolve their physical, mental, and emotional problems.
I've trained with: Dr. Barry Gillespie's Brain Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy with TMJ dental and fascial health certification course, in Philadelphia

Integrated Muscle & Orthopedic Massage Pain Management Intensive with James Waslaski
Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes in Cape Cod, MA.
During my final exam at the Healing Arts Institute, after working on my massage instructor, raved and appreciated about how I was able to help provide relief from stress and pain for him in a gentle, safe, and professional manner.
I help to provide effective and helpful fascial release, which results in improved alignment and better health, from improved oxygen and blood circulation, with the fascia release at the bone, muscle, tissue, organs, and intracellular levels. I am able to apply the right amount of depth in the release process, for client comfort and effective fascia release and work with the client during the process.
It's a total joy for me to help others and I love doing Myofascial Release, Craniosacral and Orthopedic Therapy.
