Last night I felt a little stiffness from working out at the gym and had soreness at the side of my neck. I had purchased The Miracle Ball Method at Costco so I thought before I went to bed, it would be a good time to try it out.  I laid on top of the balls while on the floor.  The relief was so addicting that I continued with it on my bed. 
Here is what I noticed: The cough I had subsided.  The irritating mucous in my throat and chest and cleared. My voice was clear. My body began to feel colder because I was lighter and freer from restraints and blocks. When I placed it near my left scapula, on my back, I felt small rumbling vibration. Great, it opened up  energy. 
So, yes, I recommend that everyone self treat, especially to complement and help continue the body's fascia working from the  Myofascial Release session.

Be sure, as with all fascia releasing, to hold the position for 2-5 minutes for best results.  Sink into the ball, breathe deep, and relax while holding the position.
