I'll share with you now what my experience has been when I self-treat my pelvic area with Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy.
It's only until I self-treat myself in my pelvic area, and as I feel the stress leaving, that I realize how much I had been holding tension and anxiety in my stomach and my pelvic areas. It is then that I am grateful for all the possibilities that this work accomplishes because I am a firm believer that holding onto these negative feelings can be a precursor to more serious diseases and health issues.
After my self-treatment of my pelvic area I feel freer both emotionally and physically. If you are a spiritual person, understand that the pelvis is the foundation of the body and the spirit and this work, you will notice, opens clarity in the spiritual realm, besides feeling centered and balanced for emotional and physically athletic feats. I feel more confident, self-assured, more empowered.
My joints in the hip and pelvis areas are like when I was young again, as when I took dance classes in high school and college. When I walk I'm more flexible, like a dancer with that loose, free gait.
I notice that I bounce off a different vibe to strangers in the grocery store, as they are freindlier, more accepting, and I notice longer glances from men.
It's like I have a more attractive aura surrounding me and everyone feels it.
That's my 2 cents worth about what it's like when I do fascia release in the pelvic area of women.
